The King of television, Graham Kennedy, is dead, and it's taken a while for them to promote his sidekick. In case, like me, you missed it, Bert Newton was crowned Australia’s No.1 star last night by the Nine Network. (I wonder if he would have stil been No.1 if he was on Channel Ten?)
