Boarding was a dream. I barely waited to do the formalities and then walked right on to the ship.
So far — just a few hours in — it’s been the familiar, friendly Royal Caribbean.
Yes, as a child noted in the glass elevator over the Centrum, to a certain extent, the ships are all the same. But familiarity isn’t a bad thing. It means good food, good entertainment and no nasty surprises.
That’s the secret of a good holiday, surely.
